Creston College

In January 2015, a group of nine volunteers associated with Creston College teamed up with Child Action Lanka to implement a program to teach street and vulnerable Sri Lankan children, English, maths, and Australian culture. Also part of the program was to facilitate and teach basic skills of health assessment to children caregivers in centres and to assist in educational and vocational skills programs for refugees.

The volunteers also partook in painting and decorating classrooms and furniture for a new education centre for street and vulnerable children in the local area.
